Day at Shreyas Wellness Retreat starts with the rustling sound of coconuts and birds chirping. And as one steps out of his garden cottage, a scent of freshness in the form of a cool breeze welcomes him. Feels just perfect to start with the morning yoga sessions. Morning sessions at Shreyas Retreat comprises Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga sessions, breathing processes, meditation and deep relaxation, which are designed as per the requirements and physical ailments of the practitioner.
Post this fresh and meditative start of the day, breakfast is served at the dining hall. Freshly squeezed juices and handpicked fruits from the gardens usually fill the breakfast menu. Being located at the southern end of deccan plateau, the region has a favorable climate throughout the year. The best time to visit Shreyas Retreat Center is between the months of November and February. However, summer months like March and April are also wonderful for the visit. Monsoon months are also not a problem as the region does not receive heavy rainfall.
